An Advocate for Responsible Innovation
I am the Senior LLM Quality Analyst at MagicSchool AI, the leading AI platform for educators, where I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education, safety, and human-centered design.
My work focuses on ensuring that AI systems are safe, reliable, and genuinely useful for the people who depend on them. I help evaluate and improve large language models, strengthen student safety measures, advance AI and data literacy initiatives, and deliver high-quality AI experiences that empower educators rather than replace them.
In addition to my work in industry, I teach Information Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I help students navigate the transition from academia to professional life. My courses focus on professional development, career readiness, critical thinking, and the practical application of emerging technologies.
I believe technology is most powerful when it amplifies human potential. Whether I'm evaluating AI systems, mentoring students, conducting research, or building career-development resources through OfferHopper, my mission remains the same: helping people develop the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
